Description

During this self-service training you will gain an understanding of the capabilities and structure of the system. The training focuses on topics beyond the personnel and organisation information. We practice how to add and change structures such as pages, tables, and fields, as well as approvals, reminders, data removal rules, and translations. We will also introduce you to salary review, reporting, and user rights. Please note that you’ll be able to order new admin account at the end of the training.

The training consists of a presentation, different videos, and access to a personal training environment for a week, where you can complete the training’s exercises, and test other structural changes or setup.

Pre conditions

Please note that this is an administrative training. If you do not have any previous user experience in Sympa, we highly recommend that you familiarise yourself with our quick video guides through our Support portal. If you do not have access to our Support portal, your company administrator or responsible can request access for you.
