Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The user will pay the service fees concerning Apps, including any and all applicable taxes to Sympa’s designated bank account within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration synchronises your employee illness and follow-up data between Sympa and NAV (Altinn).
- Standardised NAV/Altinn REST API endpoint(s).
- Daily scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) NAV/Altinn entity/environment.
Transferred data:
- Sympa to NAV/Altinn: Employee sickness follow-up dialogues (oppfølgningsplan)
- NAV/Altinn to Sympa: Long-term sick leave periods
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.Related Products
