The Teamtailor integration streamlines your hiring process by transferring candidate data directly into Sympa as new hires, reducing manual work and ensuring consistency across systems.

The integration supports the following data flows from Teamtailor to Sympa:

• Candidate profile information (name, contact details)
• Attachments (PDF files, such as CV or cover letter)
• Job posting metadata (Department, Location, and Job title as defined in the job posting)
• Custom fields (Additional fields mapped from Teamtailor custom fields, as set up by the customer, such as first day of employment, compensation, or manager information)
• Pre-boarding data (information collected using the Questions functionality in Teamtailor, as set up by the customer, such as social security number, bank account details)

Candidates are transferred to Sympa as new hires based on:

• Automatic transfer (triggered by a predefined action, as set up by the customer, in Teamtailor such as change in hiring stage).
• Manual transfer (initiated by a recruiter at a selected stage in the hiring process).
