Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration creates new employees and updates employee data in Acerta.
• Standardized Acerta batch delta XML transfer.
• Daily scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Acerta entity/environment.

1) Sympa to Acerta: Employee Info (SEPR)
2) Sympa to Acerta: Employee Address (ADRS)
3) Sympa to Acerta: Employee Contact (CONT)
4) Sympa to Acerta: Employee Bank Account (BAAC)
5) Sympa to Acerta: Employee Tax Info (TAIN)
6) Sympa to Acerta: Employee Additional Info (TAIN)
7) Sympa to Acerta: Contract Agreement (AGRM)
8) Sympa to Acerta: Contract Agreement Detail (AGRD)
9) Sympa to Acerta: Contract Employment (EMPL)
10) Sympa to Acerta: Contract Presences (PRES)
11) Sympa to Acerta: Contract Commutings (COMM)
12) Sympa to Acerta: Contract Custom Fields (CCFL)

• This integration does not include any data transfers from Acerta to Sympa.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
This integration is only available in Sympa Lead Plan.
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.
