Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The user will pay the service fees concerning Apps, including any and all applicable taxes to Sympa’s designated bank account within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration syncs your employee data with Winningtemp through a daily CSV file transfer via an SFTP. Data is transferred from one Sympa entity to one Winningtemp entity. This integration does not transfer data from Winningtemp to Sympa.
Employee file
The employee file ensures your Sympa employee data is up-to-date in Winningtemp, syncing any new hires, changes, and terminations. More specifically, the following data is transferred:
- Employee name and contact details
- Employment start and end date
- Grouping information for statistics (gender, organisational levels, segments, as available in Sympa)
Organisational file (optional)
The organisational file syncs your organisational structure and levels from Sympa to Winningtemp, ensuring your organisational hierarchy is up-to-date in Winningtemp. More specifically, the following data is transferred:
- Organisational level name and identifier
- Organisational level manager (subject to availability in Sympa)
- Organisational level parent ID
Pre conditions
In addition to placing an order on Sympa Marketplace, reach out to your Winningtemp Customer Success Manager or Winningtemp Support to let them know you're interested in a Sympa-Winningtemp integration.
Please note, that in order for you to integrate Sympa with Winningtemp,
- the data and data fields to be transferred should already exist in Sympa, and
- the customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration, and
- a successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system.
Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.Related Products
