Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The billing cycle starts 7 days after the order. Sympa can send automatic email notifications when critical employee information is updated. You can track changes to key personal data fields, such as:
If you would like to monitor changes to additional data fields, simply leave a comment in your order, and we will get back to you with a quote.
Limitations
The price listed includes notifications for changes to the following employee data fields: bank account number, social security number, home address, and name. If you would like to monitor changes to any other data fields, please add a comment in your order and we'll give you a quote.
Notifications can be sent either to the employee’s line manager or to specified static email address(es). If you wish to send notifications to both the line manager and specific addresses, please submit a separate order for each notification setup.
