Quinyx Basic Connector

Quinyx Basic Connector is a standardized Sympa integration for automating your Workforce/Time management (WFM) data flows. Standardized integrations allow quick and straightforward implementations through pre-defined setups that offer some degree of customization in terms of the fields to be transferred.

Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The billing cycle starts 7 days after the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.

Description

This integration creates new employees and updates employee data in Quinyx.

  • Standardised Quinyx REST API endpoint(s).
  • Data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Quinyx entity/environment.

Transferred datasets:

  1. Sympa to Quinyx: Employee and employment information
  2. Sympa to Quinyx: Agreement information (optional: if included, Sympa will act as the master data for Quinyx agreements)
  3. Sympa to Quinyx: Compensation (optional: if included, +100% increase in the monthly fee).

Note: This integration does not include any data transfers from Quinyx to Sympa. Data is transferred from Sympa to Quinyx once a day. 

Additional transfers, if requested, are priced as follows:

  • 2 to 3 transfers daily: +50% increase in the monthly fee
  • 4 to 6 transfers daily: +100% increase in the monthly fee

Pre conditions

The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved. This integration is available for clients in Sympa Lead plan only.

Limitations

The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications (such as Quinyx-specific data fields) to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.
