The user will pay the service fees concerning Apps, including any and all applicable taxes to Sympa’s designated bank account within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration enables the electronic signing of Sympa-generated employment agreements using Assently.
- Employee contract signed electronically by Employee and one or multiple Company signers.
- The document is created in Sympa and then automatically sent to an eSign provider for the e-signing process.
- Signer authentication via email and/or SMS, some vendors support additional methods, such as Bank ID.
- Signed employment contract is automatically retrieved back to Sympa after the signing process is completed.
Note: You need to have a separate service agreement with your eSign provider to use their eSign service and the Sympa integration.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks. The implementation fee includes up to two (2) document templates mapped to be used with eSign.Related Products
