The Teamtailor integration streamlines your hiring process by transferring candidate data directly into Sympa as new hires, reducing manual work and ensuring consistency across systems.

The integration now supports end-to-end recruitment workflows, allowing you to:
Create and approve requisition requests in Sympa, which are then automatically transferred to Teamtailor for job posting and candidate management.
Sync candidate data from Teamtailor to Sympa once a hiring decision is made, ensuring seamless onboarding.

The following data flows are supported from Sympa to Teamtailor:

• Requisition details (Job title, Job description, Recruitment ID, Status)

• Organizational metadata (Department, Location)

• Responsible roles (Lead Recruiter)

• Reference ID (Employee number)

These fields are transferred from Sympa once a requisition has been created and approved, enabling automated job creation in Teamtailor without manual entry.

The following data flows are supported from Teamtailor to Sympa:

• Candidate profile information (name, contact details)
• Attachments (PDF files, such as CV or cover letter)
• Job posting metadata (Department, Location, and Job title)
• Custom fields (e.g. first day of employment, compensation, or manager)
• Pre-boarding data (collected through Questions in Teamtailor, such as SSN or bank details)

Candidates are transferred to Sympa as new hires via:

• Automatic transfer, triggered by a predefined hiring stage in Teamtailor
• Manual transfer, initiated by a recruiter during the hiring process

Technical details:

• Supports two-way integration: requisition requests from Sympa to Teamtailor, and candidate data from Teamtailor to Sympa
• Utilises Sympa’s REST API endpoints
• Scope includes one Teamtailor entity to one Sympa environment
