Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The user will pay the service fees concerning Apps, including any and all applicable taxes to Sympa’s designated bank account within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
Employees are automatically logged into Sympa using Shibboleth Single Sign-On (SSO) without password management in Sympa.
The Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration is straightforward and works as follows:

Customer’s Shibboleth admin configures and enables SSO access for Sympa within their identity provider (IdP).

Sympa enables Shibboleth access in the customer’s Sympa organisation.
Please note:
Shibboleth SSO typically requires a unique identifier (e.g. eduPersonPrincipalName or similar) to be used as the username.
The Single Sign-On configuration alone does not include any data transfers between Active Directory or other IdM systems.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. Successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.
Limitations
The quoted prices do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. If these services are required, a separate estimate will be provided.
