Description
This integration syncs your employee data with Samesystem
- Sympa daily scheduledsynchronization
- Data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Samesystem entity/environment.
- Creates new SameSystem users and contracts, and updates existing records when mapped data changes.
- Matches employees using the employee number in Sympa and the custom ID in SameSystem.
Transferred datasets:
Sympa to Samesystem:
- Transfers employee and contract information, including mapped organisational, compensation and bank account details.
- Supports client-specific field mappings and validity date ranges.
Note: This integration does not include any data transfers from Flex HRM Employee to Sympa.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.
- Sympa API access and employee data must be available and configured for the integration.
- SameSystem API access and OAuth credentials must be provided.
- Employee numbers must be populated in Sympa and correspond to the custom IDs used to identify employees in SameSystem.
- SameSystem departments and job titles must be available for matching where these are included in the data mapping.
- The client schedule and required field mappings must be configured before synchronization begins.
Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.Related Products
