Pihr Connector

Integration

Pihr Connector is a standardised Sympa integration for transferring employee data to Pihr for pay equity audits. Standardised integrations enable quick and straightforward implementations through predefined setups, with some flexibility in the fields transferred.

Description

The Pihr Connector synchronises employee data from Sympa to Pihr, enabling organisations to conduct pay equity analyses and audits without manual data transfer.

Data is retrieved from Sympa REST API endpoints and transferred to Pihr when a user initiates the sync within the Pihr platform.

The data transferred from Sympa to Pihr includes:

  • Employee basic information (e.g. position, gender, date of birth, employment start date)
  • Compensation and benefits information
  • Custom variables, subject to availability in Sympa (optional)

Once the data has been synchronised, users can further complement it directly in the Pihr platform, for example by adding additional information required for pay equity audits that is not available in Sympa.

Integration scope: The integration is limited to one (1) Sympa entity and one (1) Pihr entity.

Pre conditions

The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.

Limitations

The implementation fee does not include additional data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.
