Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The user will pay the service fees concerning Apps, including any and all applicable taxes to Sympa’s designated bank account within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration syncs your employee data with Visma Intega (former Visma Løn).
- Standardised Visma Intega batch delta CSV file transfer to SFTP.
- Daily scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Visma Intega entity/environment.
Transferred datasets contain the following MLE's:
- Sympa to Visma Intega: MLE-25-MEDA Employee Basic Data
- Sympa to Visma Intega: MLE-30-ANSF Employment Data
- Sympa to Visma Intega: MLE-35-REGK Bank Account Details
- Sympa to Visma Intega: MLE-40-LONA Compensation and Benefits
- Sympa to Visma Intega: MLE-55-FRAV Absences and Holidays (Optional)
- Sympa to Visma Intega: MLE-65-GREK Tax Card Details (Optional)
Note: This integration does not include any data transfers from Visma Intega to Sympa.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.Related Products
