Prepare for pay transparency with smarter salary reviews
Streamline every review round, ensure fair decisions and stay fully compliant ahead of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
A transparent salary review process
Connect HR and managers in a single review process that keeps every salary decision fair and data-driven. Whether managing percentage-based raises or fixed increases, the process is fully integrated with your HR data.
- Flexible proposals: Propose raises by percentage or amount across departments.
- Full visibility: Get a clear overview of costs, budgets and approvals in one place.
- Multi-currency support: Manage salary reviews automatically across teams in multiple currencies.
- Collaborative control: HR sets the framework, managers make proposals and everyone stays aligned.
A step-by-step guide to salary reviews
1
Define settings
The admin user, usually a HR manager, defines the review settings to begin the salary review round.
2
Make initial proposals
As part of the settings, the admin user can make initial proposals, such as applying a statutory raise for all employees if needed.
3
Managers provide input
Within the limits set by the admin, managers review their teams, propose raises and see live budget impacts.
4
Approve and finalise
Once the review is locked, the admin user reviews and finalises the proposed salaries. HR then gives final approval to complete the process.
