Marte Alvfalk

Marte Alvfalk is the Head of People & Process at The North Alliance (NoA), a multinational network of digital agencies with 850 employees within marketing, tech and design. She’s a Norwegian living in Sweden, leading the HR work at NoA in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Poland.

She will discuss the need for a wider strategy around employee engagement and talk about strategy, branding and people and how working in all those dimensions at the same time really powers growth strategy and transformation.

Antti Merilehto

Antti Merilehto is an author on AI, his book (available in English in Feb 2019) is the bestselling business book in Finland. Antti is an ex-Googler and currently Country Manager for Finch Finland, having done most of his career in digital B2B.

Finnish event organisers awarded Antti Merilehto as the Speaker of the Year 2018. Antti’s talk on the reality of AI today is constantly rated top of the event.

Linda Liljeström

Linda is a Product Marketing Manager at Sympa. She is responsible for carrying out and developing internal and external communication on product related information.

Linda started out at Sympa as a consultant, prior to which she had several years of experience from project management, as well as teaching and translating. Her studies in anthropology and interaction design have helped her to understand how to be able to assist others in the best possible way, which still is her main passion.

Nick Vertigans

Nick is a senior accredited PCC coach, mentor coach, facilitator and speaker from London, helping people & teams to develop successful habits and better results.

Nick works on leadership, team and individual development. He is an NLP Practitioner, DISC facilitator, challenging people to find their own voice, in order to communicate, motivate, and perform for themselves and their teams.
