Content of the admin training
In this section you will learn to use the Sympa HR system efficiently. The course will take you through e.g. the search function and the most common issues related to employment relationship management in Sympa HR. This course focuses especially on reporting and covers versatile training for the reporting tool and creation of graphical reports, statistics and distributions.
Maintaining Information and Structures
In this section you will get the first experience of system admin functionalities in Sympa HR. The course focuses on the most common maintenance tasks that the admin user will face. We will practice e.g. adding a new drop-down menu values, saving a reports and sharing them with your colleagues, changing the approval rights during the holiday seasons, and creating new email reminders. You will also learn the basics about the system’s layout definitions.
At the end of the course you will take a small test where you can revise the learnings from the class and you will also be given your own admin user account.

If the course enrolment is cancelled 10 days before the date of the course, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later 50% of the course price will be charged. In case of no-show 100% of the course price will be charged.
