This study analyses the maturity of HR processes and the current state of HR technology in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Among other things we found out the following:

  • Competence management is one of the biggest pain points
  • 80% of the respondents see clear benefits in mobile HR
  • HR processes and tools for team leaders are lacking
  • Predictive analytics are not yet commonly used
