The Application is owned and operated by Sympa Oy (“we”, “us”, “our”). The purpose of the Application is to collect anonymous survey data on the mood of personnel within your place of work (the “Organisation”) or the views of personnel about a specific topic within your Organisation.
2. User account
Please note that it is not possible to use the Application without signing up and that the Application only works with a Microsoft Office 365 corporate account. When you open the Application for the first time, we ask that you sign up with your Microsoft Office 365 email address and password. When you sign in, we authenticate your identity through a web browser on Microsoft’s web service and then connect you with the right Organisation. We do not store the password provided by you. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and correct, and furthermore, that you will update the information in case of changes.
You are responsible for keeping your user name and password secure and confidential. You may not share, display, disclose or permit your user name and password to be disclosed to any other party. You are solely responsible, and assume all liability towards us and other users, for any activity that occurs on your user account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of or security breach targeting your user account, you must contact us immediately.
3. Your license to the Application
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Application on your mobile device, provided that you agree:
- not to distribute, transfer, display, or otherwise make the Application publicly available;
- not to modify, copy, reproduce, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, attempt to derive the source code of or create derivative works of the Application;
- not to use the Application for any illegal or unlawful purposes;
- not to upload or otherwise transmit files that contain viruses, worms, malicious code, spyware, corrupted files, or similar software or programs to the Application; and
- to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Application.
4. Privacy and information on the use of survey data
We respect the privacy of the users of the Application. The survey data you provide in the Application is anonymous for other users of the Application, including your Organisation. We create the statistical views based on all available data and the views are accessible by all users within the same Organisation. We use and store the survey data to fulfil the purpose of the Application.

The Service is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Application is fit for its intended use, that the Application will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that any defects in the Application will be corrected, or that the Application does not infringe any third party rights. Furthermore, we do not warrant that the Application is free from viruses, spyware or other harmful code, or that any content made available on the Application is reliable, correct, complete or suitable for any purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
We will not be liable to you for any direct or indirect damages, losses or expenses arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Application, including for any problems, delays, errors or other technical issues in the Application.
We may in our sole discretion decide to stop offering and/or supporting the Application or any part of it at any time without prior notice to you.
We may change or amend the Application in our discretion without prior notice and further liability to you. However, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to the Application before they become effective on the landing page of the Application or by other manner we consider suitable. Your continued use of the Application will constitute your acceptance of the amended Application.

If you are a consumer, you may also bring the dispute to the District Court with jurisdiction over the place of your domicile. Furthermore, if you are a consumer, you may submit the claim or dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (http://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/index.html). Before submitting the claim or dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board you should contact the Consumer Advisory Services (https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/).
