Sympa HR webinar: Automatic reminders
The webinar will be held on Wednesday 13th December 2017 at 10 (CET).
Reminders are used for sending automatic e-mail messages from Sympa HR. Reminders can be sent e.g. according to employment’s start date or according to data approvals. The focus of this webinar will be how to make use of the reminders the most effective way. We will go through the different reminder types and how to deploy them. You will learn how to create a new reminder that sends email to the supervisor when subordinate’s probation expiration date approaches.
The webinar is free and open to all Sympa HR users. However, please note that updating the reminder settings in the system requires admin user accounts.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions in written. Webinar takes about 30 minutes, after which we have reserved time for going through the possible questions. You need a computer, an internet connection and an audio connection to participate a webinar. The webinar will be implemented with Zoom software, which requires installation of Zoom_launcher.exe.
The webinar will be recorded. If you can’t attend the webinar, you can watch the recording later in the portal.
