Webinar: Employees’ own privileges

The focus in this webinar will be how to view and edit the Sympa HR users’ own privileges. You will learn how to check if the employees have reading or editing rights to certain tabs e.g. Employment information and Absences. We will go through, step by step, how to update the privileges (grant the reading rights) when a new tab is deployed. Similarly, you will learn how to update the new employees’ privileges (default privileges) which are important to keep consistent with the current employees’ privileges.
The webinar is free and open to all Sympa HR users. However, please note that updating the privileges in the system requires admin user accounts.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions in written. Webinar takes about 45 minutes, after which we have reserved time for going through the possible questions. You need a computer, an internet connection and an audio connection to participate a webinar. The webinar will be implemented with Zoom software, which requires installation of Zoom_launcher.exe.
The webinar will be recorded. If you can’t attend the webinar, you can watch the recording later in the portal.
