1. Gather your team and decide on a course of action
Once you’ve mapped out your needs and carefully laid them out next to the available vendors, it shouldn’t be difficult to spot the vendor that best meets your requirements and fits to your company the best way possible. Gather your team of stakeholders, evaluate your options and decide on the next course of action together.
In case you are still not sure, it might pay off to revisit the previous steps. Perhaps you haven’t met the right vendor yet and in that case we recommend you to keep looking until you do!
2. Tweak your HR system right from the start!
In order to ensure that your future HR system will be as supportive as it can possible be, we recommend you to keep in mind that there may be additional things that require attention when deciding on the right system for your company. Have an open dialogue with your system provider, evaluate all options for possible extra features and see if there is an option to customise the system to seamlessly fit your processes.
3. Avoid reinventing the wheel
The procurement of a new HR system is a unique project for each and every company. However, it can be very useful to take a look the experiences of others before making a final decision.
