What makes a good partner?

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we wanted to take a moment to consider the main characteristics of a good partner. If you are seeking a good partner to bring you joy at work, look for these characteristics.

1. Does your partner keep your secrets?

A good partner must be as reliable as the online bank; a good partner will keep your secrets. And, in the best-case scenario, they are ISO-27001 certified! 🙂

2. Does your partner remember when something important happens?

Does your partner remember when your co-worker’s probationary period will end? Or, the expiry date of your hot-work card? A good partner will also keep you up to date when work is intensive and you start forgetting things.

3. Is your partner straightforward and honest?

Does your partner report on all things that interest you, in a straightforward, honest way? And in real time even? Partner 2.0 is always up to date and will answer any questions you may have.

4. Does your partner help you in need?

Is your partner always there for you? A good partner is available 24/7 and will answer the telephone at a minimum from 7 am to 5 pm. A good partner also visits you on a regular basis, asks you how you are doing and helps you tackle your daily challenges.

5. Does your partner make you smile?

Do you have a great time with your partner? It is fun to work with a good partner and working is even enjoyable. When making a decision on acquiring a new partner, you should consider for a while with whom you would like to spend time. Is it someone who makes you smile?
