Sympa is launching Marketplace, a new one-stop-shop for additional services and software designed to work with Sympa HR. The curated offering consists of both in-house service packages as well as partner applications that improve the Sympa HR user experience.

The Marketplace platform will let Sympa HR users and prospective users see what additional services and software are on offer at a glance. “As the number of organisations using Sympa HR grows and our user community becomes more diverse, we want to continue catering to existing and future customers’ needs,” says Jaakko Mattila, Director of Service Solutions. “With our new platform, we can ensure our customers have all they need to create the best possible digital HR ecosystem available on the market.”

Sympa’s Marketplace is publicly available for anyone to browse and the pricing of the productised services is fully transparent. “In short, we have made buying additional services as straight-forward as possible,” Mattila says. “This approach will result in even greater customer satisfaction and more recognised value around the Sympa HR solution.”
